 PROJECT SCOPE:

The main purpose of the project was to add a larger second-floor bathroom for the master suite. The clients, however, did not need any additional space on the first-floor. The solution was to add a covered porch to the rear-side of the house, which would then support the new bathroom above.

A small bump-out was also added to the garage to provide storage space for the lawn-mower, tools, and other equipment.

 Interior renovations were also addressed. The sun room adjacent to the new covered porch was refined, as well as the kitchen. On the second floor, his-and-her closets were added to the master suite to supplement the new bathroom.
