MILL RIDGE ROAD

 PROJECT SCOPE:

The client's request was for an exterior entertainment space. They were hesitant to build a covered porch, as they didn't want to limit the amount of natural light in the interior.

The solution was to construct a detached pavilion, complete with ceiling fan and recessed lights. The structure sits proudly on top of a two-tiered terrace composed of dry-stack stone planters. A stone staircase leads down to the sloped yard.
